Upgrade Account / Making Payments using Credit Card - How to? 
 
 
  Note:   We accept all major Credit Cards. All pricing and costs are in US dollars. We offer a 15% discount for Annual Pre-Payments (Included in the fee).
  
                How do I upgrade my Account?
                       
All the account information and upgrade options are available under my account. To upgrade your account:
      - Go To: 
                
- Login »  Surveys »  My Account (Top Right Corner)
 
   
      - Click on the upgrade account
 
                              
    
 
- Here, select the license level and click on buy now.
 
      - Enter the credit card details.
 
      - Click on the confirm button to upgrade the account.
 
                              
    
      
      
             
 
                My credit card is not being accepted.
                       
      - When you enter the credit card number make sure that you do not enter hyphens or spaces.
 
      - Make Sure the credit card is valid and the expiry date is correct.
 
      - For non US and Canadian credit cards please leave the Zip / Postal Code field blank.
 
 
                How can I get an Invoice?
